Should you choose to accept this mission, you will be part of a team who are: Enthusiastically Hospitable, Show up for the team, take Pride in what we do, Continually elevate and are Playful!If you have a passion for providing great service and enjoy FREE MOVIES, we encourage you to explore this opportunity today.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet customers as they enter, and thank them as they leave Seat guests at suitable tables for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of tablesPre-bus, clear tables, and wipe them downWipe down menusMake sure that the host stand is stocked (crayons, kid menus, reservation forms, etc.)Set up the patio in the a.m./close down in the p.m. (seasonal)Run food and beverage when necessaryProvide guests with accurate wait time estimates during busy periodsMaintain a neat, organized front-of-house environmentSeat guests and inform them of daily specialsAssist with opening/closing tasks and side work as neededLearn food and beverage menuRotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for waitstaffAnswer phone calls, take reservations and “to-go” orders, and ensure all questions are answeredOther duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE:1+ years customer service experience preferredCertifications for Food Safety and alcohol management requiredAble to work within deadlines and under pressureCan thrive in a fast-paced environmentFriendly, outgoing, and a team playerAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredAbility to be on your feet and active for 8 or more hours, climb stairs, lift up to 30lbs, and use basic cleaning equipmentBENEFITS/PERKS:Flexible SchedulesPaid Volunteer TimeMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life, Long Term Disability, PTO and 401K - Must meet eligibility requirements.
