Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring smooth flow of guests throughout service Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, assisting with reservations or general questions Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating and reduce wait times Assist guests with special requests, directions, or information about the venue’s offerings Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times Skills Proven experience as a Host or in a similar host/host role within food service or restaurant environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for managing reservations and guest check-ins Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, including knowledge of hospitality standards Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of hotel or guest services is a plus, along with experience in serving and guest relations Demonstrates good phone etiquette and hospitality skills to enhance guest interactions Join us in creating memorable experiences for every guest!
