The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling meetings, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining organized digital and physical records, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with executive staff on various administrative tasks. While the primary workplace is located in Newark, NJ, some remote work is allowable based on business needs. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage schedules, organize documents, and support executive-level staff.Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and visitors.Clerical skills to handle tasks such as data entry, filing, record-keeping, and office supply management.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.Proficiency in common office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus.
