Overall Purpose of a Site ManagerEnsure client overall satisfaction by addressing their needs quickly and effectivelyOptimize site performance and efficiency Organize & coordinate teams at site level to fulfill jobs/work orders, manage the site teams and ensure good social climate on the site/sitesPrepare sites and teams for Technical resource requirementsSupport and contribute to the company Quality Policies & QMSResponsible for managing performance to meet all customer required KPIs May Report toEither GM/Director of Operations/Regional Manager Responsibilities of a Site ManagerClient relationship & Business developmentBe the face of TRIGO on the site(s), guaranteeing client satisfaction and building solid relationships, (incl. support to claim management)Ensure clear and transparent communication to the client Develop business with existing clients on farming, and upselling (support provided by Sales for the quotation preparation and/or negotiation)Provide the sales teams with site information on new client opportunities and insight for the quotationsMonitor competition (services, prices, etc.) at the site levelDevelop and maintain positive relationship with all 3rd party supplier representativesOperationsEstimate job/mission costs as accurately as possibleManage space allocation and maintain physical facility as requiredMonitor the regions financials to ensure progress toward set organizational goalsMonitor regions contracts/missions for proper documentation/information Provide quality inspection and auditing results with suggestions and council from the customer quality manager using measuring tools and record of dataProvide all required information for contracts, traceability and instructions are well documented, on time, with up-to-date information Ensure all operational management tools, and monitoring tools are up-to-date, with accurate informationEnsure compliance with established KPI'sImplement continuous improvement to optimize services provided and site efficiencyDemonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidentsComply with local, customer and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policiesMitigate nonconformance risk at siteOrganization & managementEnsure staff availability and qualifications to perform the jobsDevelop, retain, and manage teams Partner with recruiting to maintain proper levels of staff, considering turnover and new businessMotivate employees to perform job tasks that meet or exceed the customer and company expectationsPartner with Human Resources for counseling's and disciplinary actions at siteTechnical Analyze technical requirements for customers jobs (existing or upcoming) Identify technical resources when needed to anticipate and fully address client needs Support development of technical expertise at the site levelAbility to read blueprints, automated measuring equipment, and factory flow as requiredOtherAny other duties as assignedKnowledge, skills, abilitiesHard skillsFull proficiency in local languageProficiency in EnglishComputer skills - Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency) and Outlook Work Instruction WritingCommunication (written and verbal to customers and employees), organizational, interpersonal, and time management skillsAttention to detail and job diligenceProven ability to manage projects to successful completionOther Industry specific software experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to travel as required (up to approx. 50%)Values & attitudesGlobal team spiritTeam playerCaring for peopleOpen-mindedExcellenceReactiveResilient to pressureRigorousCustomer focusClient orientedReliable & trustworthyFlexibleInitiativeAutonomousInnovativeDaringWork experienceOverall recommendations 4+ years of work experience in automotive and/or manufacturingOperational/Quality background with overview capabilitiesManagement responsibilities (operational and staff management)Exposed to client relationshipsISO and relevant quality experience required Education backgroundOverall recommendations Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience About TRIGO Global Quality SolutionsFounded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
