Interior Concepts, Inc., located in Annapolis, MD is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our award winning Model Home/Builder division.Reports to: Division President and Sales and Marketing DirectorGeneral Responsibilities:Support Division President and Sales and Marketing Director sales effortContract management in systemsSupport GALA and MAX Awards events and assist with submission of entriesAttend Client Meetings as neededManaging Google, Houzz, ICI website and other media platformsAttend design reviews for the purpose of learning and participationAssist with marketing needs to find and develop client relationsProject managementSchedule and recommend content messaging for blogs, e-blasts and marketing materialsAssist with photography campaigns, as neededPrepare annual media plan and budgetRequirements:Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 3 years’ professional experienceStrong communication, organizational skills and attention to detailVideo and photo editing skillsExperience using Canva is a plusInterest in interior design is strongly encouragedBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offReferral programVision insuranceWork Location: In person
