Duties:
- The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
- The Program Specialists identify, analyze and make recommendations to resolve administrative problems; and
- Act as the Lead Federal Travel Administrator (FATA) for Field Operations (FiOps) on the Concur travel system, or any system that replaces Concur; and
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Timekeeping; and
- Maintain inventory of fleet. Oversee replacement of vehicles and advise the District/Center/Unit Managers on vehicle purchases.
- The Program Resources Analysts provide administrative and analytical services for VS Field Operations, and resources support, and training for VS' information systems; and
- Support VS' animal disease and pest programs and operational components of VS' trade function by extracting and evaluating data, developing map-based deliverables, developing dashboards, and training others to use VS information systems such as MIM.
