Kitchen Manager

Who we're looking for: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, food quality, and team development. This role is critical to ensuring smooth kitchen operations, a positive work environment, and an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
***Must be okay traveling to Austin, Tx for training (paid by the company)***
Experience & Skills
Minimum of 2 years of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a full-service or high-volume kitchen
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a team
Strong working knowledge of all kitchen operations including prep, line execution, and expo
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, control food costs, and reduce waste
Proficient in labor scheduling and team management
Thorough understanding of food safety practices, sanitation protocols, and compliance with health department regulations
Willingness and ability to work the line and step into any station as needed
Basic computer proficiency for using inventory, scheduling, and kitchen management systems
Certifications:
ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain promptly)
