Commercial Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial electrical construction to lead and oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of commercial electrical construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and cost overruns Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations Oversee procurement of materials and equipment Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals Track labor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Support estimating team during bid and preconstruction phases as needed $100,000 - $130,000 a year
