Inside Sales Closer - Auto Warranty

We’re adding strong, motivated Sales Closers who excel in a true one-call close environment. If you can build rapport fast, handle objections with confidence, and close decisively, this role is for you. Top performers in this role have the potential to earn between $2,000 and $5,000 per week, depending on individual performance and results. Responsibilities: Take inbound calls with warm leads Deliver a high-impact pitch and close the sale during the first call Educate customers on their Vehicle Service Contract options Manage your follow-ups and daily activity in our CRM Hit and exceed individual and team sales targets Qualifications Previous sales experience – Preference for those that have worked in one-call close roles (auto, direct energy, home services, etc.) Confident, persuasive communicator with strong phone presence Competitive, self-motivated, and focused on results Able to build trust and close in a one-call environment Coachable and open to feedback Requires eligibility for a Florida insurance license What We Offer Full Time, In-Office Position Agents can earn $2k-$5k /week, Uncapped Commission Lucrative bonuses and performance-based advances Energetic, team-oriented culture with strong leadership An opportunity to educate and help clients Able to build trust and close in a one-call environment Coachable and open to feedback Requires eligibility for a Florida insurance license Benefits (After 90 Days): Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Federal Holidays Paid Training
