Architectural Cost Estimator
Job Description
The Architectural Cost Estimator will support the development of detailed cost estimates for architectural and structural systems on complex infrastructure projects, including airports, data centers and energy projects. This position is based in Denver, CO. They'll work closely with senior estimators and cross-disciplinary teams, contributing to high-quality deliverables while helping to train and support junior staff.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Performing quantity takeoffs (QTO) and developing cost estimates across multiple project phases Analyzing plans and specifications to identify scope gaps, conflicts, and inconsistencies Developing preliminary estimates with limited information and validate against benchmarks Quantifying and pricing materials and labor for structural and architectural systems Maintaining accurate cost data, assemblies, and estimating databases Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations Communicating clearly with internal teams and stakeholders on project updates and risks Providing day-to-day technical guidance to Analysts Supporting strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery Qualifications:4+ years of architectural and/or structural estimating experience Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work on deadlines Proficiency in estimating tools (OST, MII, Success, Timberline, etc.) Ability to interpret architectural, civil, and engineering drawings across design phases Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word) This position offers:Salary range $110,000 - $135,000 with bonus opportunities (commensurate with experience)A full benefits package with medical, dental and vision insurance as well as retirement savings options and PTOOpportunity to work on complex, high-visibility infrastructure projectsStrong culture of collaboration, respect, and technical excellenceClear growth path into Senior-level roles and beyondPay Details: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per yearEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledMilitary connected talent encouraged to applyTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance OrdinanceMassachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
