Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Porter, TX. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include showing properties, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will also stay up to date on market trends, prepare property documents, and manage property listings.QualificationsPossess a valid Real Estate LicenseExperience in Real Estate and Real Property transactionsStrong Customer Service and Sales skillsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in using real estate management software and toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate is a plus
