You’ll work closely with senior sales and marketing leadership to build and support technology-enabled processes. This is a senior individual contributor role with product ownership responsibility for one or more Komline’s core commercial technology platforms. It offers strong hands-on experience across social media, digital marketing, analytics, and marketing operations.This is a full-time, in-person position located in a Komline office. Agencies and contractors will not be considered.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCRM & Marketing OperationsSupport the implementation of marketing automation and CRM initiatives, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and campaign execution.Execute Salesforce reports to track lead activity and campaign effectiveness and help surface insights into the marketing and sales teamsFollowing up internally on stalled or inactivated leads to improve conversionAdminister and optimize Salesforce environment, including user management, roles, profiles, flows, validation rules, and data governanceSupport Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, including journey building, audience segmentation, email automation, and performance trackingAssist in the deployment and scaling of AI-enabled tools (e.g., Agentforce and other Salesforce AI capabilities) to enhance sales and marketing productivityPartner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven insights, automation, and process improvements across commercial functionsMaintain data integrity and support integration efforts across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other enterprise systemsContent Creation & DesignOversee management of 10+ websites; update plugins, add features/enhancements as needed, and lead transition of inbound inquiries to SFDC, etc.Drive development of new corporate website including feature requirements, processes, RFP creation, vendor selection and steering to launchBuild out, integrate and manage ecommerce activities across SFDC and MicroSoft D365, e.g., help migrate from legacy environments, onboard new customers, establish reportingSet up and maintain Google Analytics dashboards; interpret and report on performance metricsLead the conception, filming, design, and production of digital video content showcasing Komline's products, capabilities, and customer success storiesLead development and execution of event-related technological needs, including, demo station creation, digital displays, and interactive process flow mapsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field5-10 years of marketing experience, including relevant project work (must be prepared to provide examples)Deep Salesforce and WordPress experience including back-end codingHands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration, automation, and user supportExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms), including campaign execution, journey orchestration, and analyticsFamiliarity with AI tools and platforms within the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein AI) and broader marketing/sales AI applicationsExperience supporting AI deployment, adoption, and governance within commercial or marketing functions is a plusAdvanced experience with video design tools (e.g., Adobe) and promotion vehicles (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok)Highly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple projectsExcellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong communication, collaborative mindset, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsSalesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Experience Cloud experiences is a big plusOther: Physical Requirements, Travel, Supervisory Duties:Primary work location must be in a Komline office.Ability to travel domestically averaging 20%Ability to sit, stand, stoop, working primarily in an office environment and traversing manufacturing environments.Ability to lift parts and equipment on occasion- no more than 30 lbs.Equal Opportunity Statement: Komline is an EEO employer – M/F/Vets/Disabled
