Our interns work directly alongside content specialists and account managers on active client campaigns spanning local businesses to larger regional and national companies.ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating and scheduling social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedInSupport the development and execution of engagement strategies to grow followers and interactionsMonitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding or flagging for team reviewTrack basic performance metrics and compile weekly/monthly reportsCollaborate directly with our content team and account managers on active campaignsWhat We're Looking ForJunior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related fieldFamiliarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedInBasic understanding of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)Strong written communication skills and attention to detailSelf-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervisionNice to HavePaid advertising experience (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar)CRM experience, preferably SalesforceVideo editing or graphic design skillsWhat You'll GainDirect, hands-on collaboration with our content team and account managersExperience working across multiple industries and marketsMentorship from experienced digital marketersA clear path to full-time employment
