This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to a positive team environment, and grow your technical expertise.Position SummaryAs a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the maintenance needs of our facility. You’ll assist in training and guiding junior technicians, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and collaborate with senior team members to maintain high operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote a positive and productive work environmentMaintain a clean and organized maintenance areaPerform basic repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsAssist senior technicians with complex maintenance tasksCollaborate with team members to coordinate repair activitiesProvide hands-on troubleshooting and support on the production floorCommunicate unresolved issues to the next shiftAccurately complete all required documentationFollow established procedures for spare parts managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; skilled trades education is a plusMinimum of 3 years’ experience in Injection Molding machine maintenanceStrong organizational skills and ability to work under pressureAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsExperience with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematicsCapable of lifting 20 lbs. and standing for extended periodsCommitment to safety and proper use of PPESkills & CompetenciesProficient in reading and interpreting technical documentsBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsAbility to maintain accurate records and documentationBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and related tools)Professional demeanor and respectful communicationAbility to multitask and lead by exampleWhy Join Us?We Value Our Employees And Offer a Supportive Work Environment With Opportunities For Growth.
