OverviewAssisted Living Administrator | Executive Director for Rolling Meadows Senior Living, Carroll, IA. Are you an experienced leader seeking to oversee an Assisted Living community by achieving occupancy goals, supervising and developing staff, and ensuring services meet resident needs? What Will You Do in This Role?As an Assisted Living Administrator | Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living community by achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, and for the supervision and development of all employees. You will ensure that the services provided exceed customer needs and expectations, as well as oversee day-to-day activities.
