Client Service Associate

Essential Planning, LLC is seeking a client‑focused, detail‑oriented Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our growing financial planning team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional client experiences, thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, and is interested in building a long‑term career in the financial services industry.As a CSA, you will work closely with Advisors and internal operations team members to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and well cared for - before, during, and after every interaction with our firm.What This Role Is Really LikeThis is a hands‑on, multi‑faceted position that blends client interaction, administrative accuracy, and operational follow‑through.
