Group Benefits TPA Producer/Consultant 85k-150k/commissions, Hybrid, Northern New JerseyLong standing Group Benefits and Human Resources Solutions Provider is seeking to add to staff, a Group Benefits TPA Producer/Consultant. The sales/consultant will develop new business opportunities with existing broker/carrier and business partner clients, small to mid size groups. Prospect and build relationships by identifying and developing new client and broker contacts, consultative selling, engaging with brokers, carriers and referral partners, build strategic partnerships, cross sell and promote Human Resource solutions as well as client management. To qualify, candidates should have 3-5 years minimum of group benefits sales and business development, preferably with small to mid size groups. Ability to build and foster parter relationships. Strong group benefits product knowledge. Experience selling HR or payroll services in addition to group benefits highly beneficial. Degree preferred. Life & Health License. 85k-150k based on experience including commissions/bonuses, benefits. Hybrid work arrangement in North Jersey office.
