Whether you’re just starting out or bring experience to the trade, your journey with us begins here, delivering smooth, lasting finishes that enhance every project.Job DescriptionJob duties may include but are not limited to the following: Layout project according to plans & specificationsCoordinate preparation of plaster products with Labor ForemenMix and prepare plastering/EIFS materialsCarry and transfer of materialCoordinate the staging of the materialMeasure, cut and install EIFS substrateInstall mesh, leveling coats and finishes for EIFSInstall multi-step plaster systems at the exterior and interior structuresClean up, protect, move material, tools & equipmentErect and dismantle scaffoldsCalculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked and labor dollarsAttend And Participate In All Required Company Training ProgramsConform to all company policies and proceduresOn-the-job training offered This position is safety-sensitive.Requirements Must be at least 18 years oldAbility to perform basic mathAble to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outsidePhysically able to perform assigned tasksMust be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
