Agents must deliver reliable, grounded, production-ready outputs that can be consumed by larger applications and downstream services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop production-ready GenAI agents using Python or TypeScript.Implement tool calling, retrieval, grounding, and structured outputs.Integrate agents with APIs, document repositories, content systems, and other agents.Build validation, citations, provenance, and controls to prevent unsupported outputs.Develop automated tests and evaluations for agent behavior, accuracy, and failure cases.Build agents supporting insight synthesis, personalization, and content-quality checks.Work with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and AgentCore to develop and deploy agent solutions.Follow established architecture patterns and independently deliver deployable production code.RequirementsStrong Python or TypeScript production engineering experience.Proven experience developing GenAI agents with tool calling, retrieval, grounding, and structured outputs.Experience integrating agents with APIs, document repositories, content platforms, or other agents.Experience implementing validation, citations, provenance, and output controls.Strong experience writing automated tests and evaluations for AI/agent behavior.Hands-on experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and AgentCore.Ability to work independently within an established architecture and deliver production-ready code.Preferred QualificationsExperience with insight synthesis, evidence-grounded generation, audience personalization, or automated content-quality checks.Experience with pharmaceutical commercial content, clinical/promotional claims, or regulated review workflows.Familiarity with Veeva, Adobe platforms, or regulated content-management systems.
