Review of business & individual income tax returns Preparation of high level federal & state business & individual income tax returns Manage client relationships Mentoring and technical training of associate and senior staff members Participate in the management team - sharing ideas and supporting the long-term strategic plan Business development and firm promotion PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT. TWO OR THREE DAYS IN OFFICE. NOT FULLY REMOTEQualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (advanced degree a plus)CPA required10+ years of public accounting tax complianceAt least 3-5+ years of supervisory experienceUnderstanding of tax codes & regulations Exceptional communication abilities & interpersonal attributes Proven leadership and team management capabilities Proficiency with tax return technical reviews Ability to set & manage priorities and deadlines Maintains a positive attitude and constructive business relationships
