You will work in a cross-functional project team. Together you'll design, build, program, and deploy custom automated equipment and solutions for every application, process, and industry you never thought possible. In this role you will report to the Mechanical Supervisor and interact with Project Managers as well as customers regarding the status of projects.RESPONSIBILITIESInterface with Mechanical Supervisor and Project Managers regarding project requirements, schedules, runoff and tripsInterface with customers on the job requirements and assisting with runoffSchedule resources considering the overall workload and tasks that must be accomplishedWork cross functionally with all departments during all phases of the project including de-bug and runoffDrive best practice and cost savings opportunities with the build teamEnsure schedule and hours budget are inline and monitor statusParticipate with engineering on concepting, design, and print reviews to ensure print release and build goes smoothlyInvolved with quoting to ensure accurate time expenses are calculatedMay travel to customer site for involvement with quoting, installation and repairWork with shipping/receiving or PM to arrange trucks or transport machinesOrder materials to skid jobs for shipmentCoordinate tear down and installation including but not limited to: assist the engineer to break up the job into sections sized to ship, determine sequence of tear down, sequence and timing of trucks, figure out tools and resources to do installLead shop assembly of all new equipment from start to finishQualifications:Layout, fabricate, assemble, and repair jigs, fixtures, forms, templates, and related toolingHighly proficient in reading parts and assembly drawingsFollow blueprints, sketches, and specificationsTrack hours on all jobs.Oversee the mechanical crew and lead builders on day-to-day activities.Any additional duties assigned by management.Make sure all 5s and ISO procedures are followed.Proficient with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate ExcelExcellent mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and qualityProven ability to accept and give directions, set expectations, and hold team members accountable to meet timing, budget and customer expectationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as required with/without reasonable accommodationTravel to customer sites up to 20% of the timeAbility to maintain a steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and climbing onto and beneath machinesEducation and Experience:High school diploma, or equivalent certificationRelocated vocational education preferred10+ years' experience leading and coordinating the assembly, de-bug, and installation of automated equipment.About Control System Integrators:
