Benefits:Opportunity for advancementPaid time offFree uniformsLANDSCAPE HARDSCAPE FOREMAN Cuyahoga Falls OHSalary: $24.00/HR- $28.00/HRJob descriptionBruZiv Landscaping LLC is a locally owned full-service landscaping/snowplowing/construction company, offering quality landscaping, snowplowing service and construction across the Northeast Ohio area.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a crew of laborers and technicians on job sitesInterpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawingsInstall hardscape features such as:Paver patios and walkways Retaining wallsSteps and outdoor living spacesDrainage systemsOperate and oversee use of equipment (skid steers, compactors, saws, etc.)Ensure proper site preparation, grading, and base installationMonitor quality control and ensure work meets company and client standardsCommunicate with project managers, clients, and team membersTrain and mentor crew membersEnforce safety procedures and OSHA complianceManage materials, tools, and daily job site logisticsTrack progress and report on project timelines Qualifications:10+ years of experience in hardscape installation10+ years of snow plowing using a truck, dump truck, skid steer & loaderPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of hardscape construction techniques and materialsAbility to read and interpret plans and measurements accuratelyExperience operating construction equipmentValid driver's license (REQUIRED)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsPhysically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor Preferred Skills:Experience with segmental retaining wall systemsKnowledge of drainage and grading principlesFamiliarity with industry standards (e.g., ICPI guidelines)Basic math and layout skills (grading, elevations, measurements) Work Environment:Outdoor job sites (residential and/or commercial)Physically demanding workEarly mornings, occasional overtime during peak seasons References are a MUSTIf you are interested in joining an amazing growing landscaping and snowplowing company, please send in your resume or you can apply in person at Bruziv Partners LLC at the following address: 1170 Tallmadge Rd, Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hourSupplemental pay types:Bonus payLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person
