This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on floral professional with strong merchandising instincts, team leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.About the RoleThe Floral Department Manager oversees daily department operations including floral design production, merchandising, inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
