We are a professional, fast-paced, rewarding boutique medical spa and our goal is to offer the highest level of aesthetic and skincare services to our patients. This is a fast paced boutique medical and wellness clinic in need for an energetic person with exceptional attention to detail and patient care. Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (C-MA) to join our Medical Spa team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and perform various clinical and administrative tasks in boutique medical spa setting. Responsibilities: - Assist providers in patient examinations and procedures - Greeting patients, rooming patients, procedure and room set up - Chart documentation - Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and outcomes a plus - Skin care product experience a plus - Perform phlebotomy and prepare PRP injections for treatment - Perform injections as needed for wellness and vitamin treatments Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in electronic medical charting - Experience in a clinic/office/hospital setting - Strong patient care skills with the ability to provide compassionate care - Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist healthcare providers effectively - Ability to administer medications following established protocols This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast paced medical spa environment.
