A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the HR tech support function, including ticket intake, triage, and resolution
Build AI-assisted workflows and maintain technical documentation for HR systems
Collaborate with various teams to ensure reliable system triggers and data handoffs
Required Qualifications
8+ years in technical systems, integration engineering, IT, or HRIS roles
Hands-on experience with API integrations and data pipelines
Deep knowledge of ADP systems, including configuration and reporting
Strong data fluency with experience in handling sensitive HR data
Ability to work autonomously on complex, multi-system problems
