By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a rewarding workplace with a strong sense of community.Job DescriptionAriensCo Hospitality is looking for energetic Event Support Staff for our breathtaking venues in Brillion, WI (Round Lake Farms and Stone Prairie).THE DAY TO DAY...Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the eventDeliver food and beverages according to AriensCo Hospitality standards, ensuring presentation and timing are flawlessCommunicate dietary restrictions or allergies to kitchen staff promptlyClear tables, refresh beverages, and anticipate guest needs to ensure a positive experienceCollaborate with the kitchen, bartenders, and fellow servers to maintain seamless serviceUphold cleanliness and professionalism in all service areas throughout the eventSet up tables, chairs, linens, décor, and other items to match event specifications and layoutsEnsure table settings are neat, aligned, and aesthetically consistentAssist with audio/visual, lighting, signage, or special equipment setup as directedReset and tear down spaces after events, organizing and storing equipment properlyMaintain venue cleanliness, including wiping surfaces, removing trash, and cleaning spillsSupport safety and guest experience by identifying hazards and addressing issues quicklyWork under the direction of the Event Manager or Operations Lead and support teammates across rolesThe Requirements...Prior experience in hospitality, banquets, restaurants, or events preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and passion for delivering memorable experiences.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.EEO StatementThe concept of diversity is important to us at AriensCo.
