The ideal candidate will manage call movement, utilize transportation management systems, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining excellent communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams. This role requires strong analysis skills, proficiency in various logistics software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Coordinate and dispatch roadside and trucking transportation management systems such as towbook and salesforce. Utilize GPS technologies to monitor vehicle locations and optimize routing for efficiency. Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette. Oversee fleet management activities, including tracking vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance. Qualifications Proven experience with transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of GPS technology, and transportation planning principles. Familiarity with supply chain logistics, freight management, shipping & receiving procedures, and fleet management. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for decision-making. Proficiency in data entry, typing skills, and working with multi-line phone systems. Experience with logistics software including SyteLine and AS400 is preferred. Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
