Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Broker of Record Real Estate located in Newtown, PA. The Broker of Record will oversee all transactional and operational processes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. Key responsibilities include supervising agents, reviewing contracts, providing professional advice on transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders. This role also involves mentoring and training agents, promoting professional growth, and upholding company values in all practices. Qualifications Licensing and Compliance: Active broker license in the state of Pennsylvania, thorough knowledge of state and local real estate laws, and expertise in ensuring regulatory compliance.Transactional Management: Experience in supervising real estate transactions, reviewing contracts, mitigating risks, and managing overall operational processes for seamless execution.Leadership and Training: Proven ability to mentor and train agents, provide guidance on best practices, and foster a collaborative, professional work environment.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and agents, and a customer-focused mindset.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with modern real estate technology, transaction software, and digital marketing tools to enhance business operations.Additional Desirables: Experience in a similar leadership role, a track record of success in real estate, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
