Role Description We are seeking a full-time Strategic Co-Founder to lead our USA expansion efforts. This on-site position, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, will involve developing and executing growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, establishing high-value partnerships, and driving sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining the company’s strategic direction and building a robust presence in the U.S. market. Qualifications Exceptional Analytical Skills for understanding market trends, evaluating opportunities, and making data-driven decisions.Strong Communication skills to effectively articulate the company's vision, build relationships, and negotiate partnerships.Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing with a track record of driving business growth and meeting revenue goals.Solid Research skills to uncover new opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong ability to lead and inspire teams in a startup environment.Experience in scaling tech companies or startups is a plus.Deep understanding of AI-powered technology and its applications in sales and customer engagement is highly desirable.
