Customer Service & Sales Representative
NexCall Communications is expanding, and we’re hiring Customer Service & Sales Representatives to support our growing Frontier campaign in the Rochester area. This is a direct customer sales role where you’ll engage with residential customers, educate them on Frontier services, and help them find solutions that fit their needs.
This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in customer service, sales, or entry-level leadership. No prior experience is required, we provide paid training and ongoing support.
Customer Service & Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Represent Frontier products and services directly to residential customers
Conduct face-to-face customer interactions in assigned neighborhoods
Educate customers on service options, pricing, and promotions
Assist customers with enrollment and account setup
Provide a professional, positive customer experience
Meet daily activity and performance goals with team support
