Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Delivery Driver to join our team. The role involves handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, and ensuring timely transportation of goods. Duties: - Load and unload delivery vehicles - Transport items to designated locations in a safe and timely manner - Perform warehouse duties such as shipping and receiving, organizing inventory and maintaining cleanliness - Operate equipment like forklifts when necessary - Communicate effectively with team members and customers/vendors regarding delivery schedules and product -Organize and provide proper paperwork to customers in order to fulfill shipments -Build sturdy shipping crates to safely secure products for shipping Necessary Skills : - Experience with securing loads of all sizes on flatbed vehicle - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks - Proficiency in commercial driving practices and regulations - Familiarity with operating forklifts -Efficiency working with hand tools to build shipping crates - Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers - Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role is advantageous -Computer skills for producing shipping labels and pack lists etc. -Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a Department of Transportation Health Physical and a pre-employment drug test This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that requires both delivery and warehouse responsibilities.
