*** W2 CONTRACT ROLE ONLY — NO C2C / NO THIRD-PARTY VENDORS / NO STAFFING FIRM SUBMISSIONS ***Solventum / 3M 360 Encompass Implementation Consultant / PM / Technical ResourceCSI Companies is seeking experienced Solventum 360 Encompass resources for upcoming implementation projects with our client, a leading professional services firm and major implementer of this software.These roles are ideal for hands-on delivery professionals with experience supporting Solventum / formerly 3M 360 Encompass implementations, especially within Risk Adjustment and/or ProFee environments.Our client has several upcoming projects and is looking to augment delivery teams with resources who can support Project Management, Implementation/Configuration, or Technical execution.Location: Primarily Remote Travel: As needed, but limited/occasional Hours: Standard business hoursDuration:PM / Implementation Consultant: Long-term consulting opportunityTechnical Resource: 6–12 months Pay: Competitive / open to market rate based on experience Employment Type: W2 only — no C2C/third party Work Authorization: EAD candidates are acceptable; candidates must be able to work on W2 and not require sponsorship for at least 6–12 months.What You’ll DoSupport and deliver Solventum / 3M 360 Encompass implementations across healthcare clientsParticipate in project planning, execution, testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilizationGather and analyze business and functional requirementsConfigure and support Risk Adjustment and/or ProFee solutionsProvide functional, technical, or project management support depending on backgroundPartner with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholdersAssist with issue resolution, system validation, and implementation deliverablesSupport multiple projects in a consulting delivery model as neededEnsure work aligns with implementation standards, timelines, and quality expectationsRequired ExperienceDirect hands-on experience with Solventum 360 Encompass or 3M 360 EncompassExperience with Risk Adjustment and/or ProFeeBackground in one or more of the following:Implementation consultingTechnical configuration / system supportProject ManagementStrong client-facing communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote consulting environmentNice to HavePrior consulting or professional services delivery experienceExperience supporting large enterprise healthcare organizationsAbility to travel occasionally based on project needs
