Job Description Windward Healthcare & Aesthetics is a physician-led, luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice redefining the patient experience through elevated care, clinical integrity, and results-driven treatments.We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector who combines clinical skill with artistry, confidence, and a natural ability to build lasting patient relationships.We prioritize precision, outcomes, and experience.Core ResponsibilitiesPerform cosmetic injectable treatments including:Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau)Dermal fillers (lip, cheek, jawline, full-face balancing)Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and facial assessmentsDevelop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goalsEducate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercareMaintain accurate and compliant documentation within EMRCapture and maintain high-quality before/after photosBuild and maintain long-term patient relationships and retentionUphold the highest standards of safety, technique, and professionalismCollaborate with the team to support overall patient care and experienceWhat We're Looking ForActive RN, NP, or PA license in the state of GeorgiaMinimum 1–2+ years of hands-on injectable experience (tox + filler required)Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of facial anatomyA portfolio of before/after work (required)Confidence in consultations and ability to guide patient decisionsProfessional, polished, and patient-centered demeanorHigh attention to detail and commitment to excellenceTeam-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindsetPreferred (But Not Required)Experience with advanced techniques (full-face balancing, cannula, etc.)Existing patient following or ability to build oneComfort with social media content and personal brandingExperience in a luxury or concierge-style practice
