Pacific Companies is presenting an outpatient cardiology opportunity designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine without "turn-and-burn" pressure. The clinic is building toward a full-time cardiology presence and is seeking a physician who values a slower-paced community, strong relationships, and an enjoyable day-to-day workflow. This role includes protected time and expectation to independently interpret key diagnostics locally, helping keep care close to home instead of sending reads out. You'll have strong clinical help (rooming, vitals, EKGs) and a thoughtful onboarding approach tied to systems and workflow readiness. The program is built around growth: expanding testing, improving access, and adding new capabilities as the community grows.? Professional Highlights Outpatient-focused cardiology role with small-town patient continuity? Estimated clinic volume currently around 8-12 patients/day (varies by day)? Dedicated support for rooming, vitals, and EKGs to keep visits efficient? Core expectation to read locally: EKGs, stress tests, heart monitors (and maintain reading skills)? Built-in "read time" as part of the workflow to support diagnostics and access? Growth-minded service line with interest in expanding testing and resources over time? Support available for skill refresh/proctoring if needed to strengthen independent reads?
