Weproudly serve a wide variety of public agencies and private residentialand commercial clients throughout Arizona.This executive-level role will oversee Fann Contractings**Accounting,IT, and HR Departments**, with responsibility for financial operations,budgeting, forecasting, cash management, payroll oversight, financialreporting, tax compliance, audit preparation, employee benefits,insurance and workers compensation oversight, legal and regulatorycompliance, technology systems, software platforms, vendorrelationships, cybersecurity support, and HR administration.The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, constructionaccounting expertise, and a practical business mindset. Experience withjob cost, equipment cost, materials cost accounting, federally fundedprojects, and heavy civil construction operations is strongly preferred.## Key Responsibilities Lead and support the companys accounting, IT, HR, administrative,and financial management functions. Prepare and present monthly accounting and financial reports toownership and executive leadership. Oversee financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, tax reporting,cash flow, audits, and compliance. Manage accounts payable, cash receipts and disbursements, generalledger, job cost accounting, equipment cost accounting, and relatedconstruction accounting processes. Oversee IT management, including technology systems, softwareplatforms, vendor relationships, cybersecurity support, andtechnology-related planning. Support HR-related functions, including employee benefits, payrollcoordination, personnel-related financial matters, policyadministration, and compliance support. Leads insurance matters, including but not limited to employeebenefits, work comp, contracts, and bonds. Analyze project estimates, billing, profit projections, budgets, andactual financial performance. Recommend improvements related to financial planning, cost control,efficiency, department coordination, and long-term growth. Proficient in job cost accounting, asphalt and aggregate productionaccounting, equipment accounting, and overall company accounting. Work closely with the President, Vice Presidents, and executive teamon strategic planning, priorities, capital needs, and businessopportunities. Maintain familiarity with federally funded constructionrequirements, including Davis-Bacon and related complianceobligations. Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to accounting,administrative, IT, and HR team members.
