Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Saint Johnsbury, Vermont

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2025-2026 school year to provide comprehensive speech and language services in a K-12 school setting. This onsite contract role involves working primarily at the main location with some responsibilities at additional sites including Twinfield and out-of-district placements in the Barre/Berlin area. Location: Saint Johnsbury, VT (with travel to nearby locations)Duration: Contract for the 2025-2026 school yearKey Responsibilities:Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels K-12Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progressCollaborate with educators and support staff to implement effective communication strategiesMaintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies and regulatory requirementsParticipate in team meetings and continue professional developmentQualifications:Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language PathologyEligible or completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)Experience working in school-based speech-language pathology settings preferredStrong skills in pediatric speech and language therapyAbility to service diverse student populations in various educational environmentsCompensation:$45-$55 per hour based on experience and credentials
