Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leadership Position at Chick-fil-A North Collins Street and Eastchase Parkway in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Leaders will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities include team coaching, scheduling, handling customer inquiries, ensuring food quality and safety standards, managing inventory, and driving team performance to achieve business goals. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, with an ability to coach, motivate, and inspire team members.Strong focus on customer service and hospitality to deliver exceptional guest experiences.Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle scheduling and operational logistics efficiently.Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges effectively.Adaptability, a proactive attitude, and readiness to handle fast-paced, dynamic work environments.Previous leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry, is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
