These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership roles.Successful candidates will play a key role in optimising production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and health and safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSuccessful candidates will be responsible for:Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operationsManaging production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flowOptimising workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levelsCollaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teamsImplementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiativesEnsuring compliance with Saudi labour law, local HSE requirements, and ISO quality standardsMonitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performanceSupporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigationLeading, mentoring, and supporting supervisors, planners, engineers, and operations teamsIdentifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventative actionsContributing to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvements
