Urology Physician

CFVHS seeks additional providers to join a newly formed Urology group for expansion to 4-5 FTE employed physicians.Clinic hours will be 8:30am-5:00pm M-F. On call would be after hours and on weekends. Rounding would be required in A.M. or P.M. as needed. Protocol for after hour admissions include, on-call physician, 24-hour cardiology backup and 24-hour OB backup with hospital. The clinic staff will include RN's, MA's plus administrative personnel. Air ambulance is available onsite and the referral center is UNC. We have 24-hour anesthesia support from Physicians and CRNA's. Hospital pathology department and we have a surgical ICU.Competitive salary plus generous benefits package, including health, dental, retirement plans, long term disability plus CME stipend. 280 hours paid time off per calendar year plus 40 hours CME time per calendar year.
