Join Our Team!Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker (Mobile Services)Full-Time | Benefits Eligible | Paid Time OffThe Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker (PRW) provides mobile, community-based psychiatric rehabilitation services to adults with serious mental health conditions who are high utilizers of inpatient psychiatric services. This role is ideal for compassionate, mission-driven professionals who want to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals build skills, confidence, and independence to successfully live and thrive in the community.RHD team members use strength-based and skills-based approaches to support recovery, wellness, and community integration.Pay Rate:$18.45/hour for Bachelor's-level candidatesFull-time, benefits-eligible position with paid time offWhat You'll DoRecovery & Skill-BuildingPromote principles of recovery-oriented and psychiatric rehabilitation servicesSupport participants in developing and working toward individualized recovery and wellness goalsProvide skills training in daily living, self-advocacy, symptom management, and community integrationUtilize motivational interviewing to identify strengths, needs, goals, and barriersCommunity-Based SupportAssist participants in accessing and navigating mental health, substance use, and social service systemsSupport connections to natural supports, including peer recovery groups and community resourcesHelp schedule and attend appointments as neededAdvocate for participants' medical, behavioral health, legal, and community needsBridge gaps between physical health care and behavioral health treatmentCoordination & Crisis SupportParticipate in treatment team and aftercare meetings as requestedProvide crisis management support and recovery-focused interventionsDemonstrate flexibility in scheduling to meet participant needsDocumentation & Administrative DutiesDocument services and complete billing using electronic health record systemsProvide telephonic support to participants and family members as appropriateComplete additional duties as assigned by program leadershipWhat We're Looking ForEducation & ExperienceExperience required varies by education level:High School Diploma/GED: 3 years of mental health experience requiredAssociate's Degree: 1 year of mental health experience requiredBachelor's Degree: 1 year of mental health experience preferredAdditional QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (required)Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)C.P.R.P. certification preferredValid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicleAbility to work independently in community-based settingsClearances RequiredAct 33/34 ClearancesFBI clearance (as required)Child Abuse ClearanceWhy Join RHD?Competitive hourly payFull-time benefits eligibilityGenerous paid time offMission-driven work that makes a real community impactSupportive team environment with opportunities for growthAbout Company:RHD and Resources for Human Development Western PA are part of Apis Services, Inc.Apis Services, Inc.
