Location Atlanta Position Title Senior Trial Attorney - Family Law Work Model Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote; Fridays mandatory in-office) Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) 7+ years of Georgia family law litigation experience Admitted to the Georgia Bar in good standing Proven first-chair trial experience in complex cases Demonstrated success in high-asset divorce and contested custody matters Ability to independently manage cases without supervision Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills Preferred Attributes Extensive experience with complex financial issues in divorce Strong negotiation track record High emotional intelligence in client management Proficiency with modern case management systems and litigation technology Strategic, forward-thinking approach to litigation Key Responsibilities Complex Litigation & Trial Leadership First-chair contested hearings and trials Handle high-asset divorce matters ($5M+ estates) Litigate cases involving: Business valuations Executive compensation & stock options Multi-jurisdictional custody disputes Develop case strategy from intake through resolution Draft advanced pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and trial briefs Lead and direct support staff and litigation teams Strategic Negotiation Conduct high-value settlement negotiations Lead mediations when aligned with client objectives Structure sophisticated settlement agreements Maintain trial readiness in all matters Client & Courtroom Excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
