Role Description We are hiring for multiple full-time roles at Holland Partner Group, based on-site in San Jose, CA. Roles and responsibilities will vary depending on the specific position, but team members will contribute to the development, construction, acquisition, redevelopment, or property management functions of our real estate operations. Employees will work cross-functionally within their teams to deliver high-quality services, sustain client relationships, and uphold the company’s core principles of excellence and innovation. Qualifications Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, in a professional settingProficiency with industry software tools and technologies related to real estate, construction, property management, or developmentExperience in roles involving development, property management, marketing, or real estate operationsCommitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a collaborative and proactive mindsetStrong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and capacity to handle multiple prioritiesEducational or professional background relevant to real estate investment, management, or development is a plusKnowledge of the San Jose and surrounding Bay Area real estate market is advantageous
