King Arthur – where, as an employee-owner, your passion and ideas can truly make a difference.The Position: The Retail Sales Associate I is responsible for delivering consistent and positive in-store customer experience by assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining merchandise standards, and supporting daily store operations. This role works under direct supervision as part of a customer-focused retail team and contributes to sales goals, operational accuracy, and store presentation. Availability for weekend shifts required.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesGreet and acknowledge customers promptly and provide assistance throughout the shopping experienceAssists customers in locating merchandise and providing accurate product informationSupports the team in achieving daily and monthly sales goalsServe as the sales floor point person when directed by store leadershipSupport opening and closing store procedures, including register functions, as assignedMaintains the store’s appearance through cleaning, organizing, restocking, and signage upkeepCommunicates consistently and clearly with their retail team, shift leads, and managersSupports community activations and events as neededThis should not be construed as an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities.
