Operations Manager

Job Position: Operations ManagerJob Location: Phoenix / Glendale, AZJob Duration: Full-timeResponsibilityOversee daily operations across 3 laundromat locationsManage and support a team of ~15 (drivers + laundry processors)Be physically present across locations daily (no remote component)Step In Operationally When NeededFolding / washingSupporting driversHandling busy shifts or call-offsOwn Customer ExperienceResolve issues (lost/missing items, complaints, reviews)Improve service consistency and response qualitySupervise both daytime staff and overnight processing workflowsTrack and improve key operational metrics (speed, accuracy, order flow)Use internal systems (Sense POS) to manage orders, scheduling, and communicationAct as the bridge between ownership and frontline staffSupport future local outreach efforts (light B2B exposure, not core focus)Must-havesProven experience in a hands-on, fast-paced environment(restaurant, warehouse, logistics, service ops, etc.)Strong people management skills—can lead, hold accountability, and earn respectWillingness to be on your feet and in the operation dailyProblem-solver mindset—especially in customer-facing situationsHigh ownership and accountability (no “that’s not my job” mentality)Nice To HaveExperience managing multi-location operationsBackground in delivery/logistics or service businessesProcess improvement or systems mindset
