No. 1 Exteriors is a locally owned roofing, siding and gutter company serving Hendricks County and surrounding areas. We are a family-run business known for quality work, clear communication, and strong relationships with our customers.
We are growing and looking for a dependable, organized Office Administrator to help manage daily office operations and customer communication.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to texts profesionally.
Schedule inspections and appointments
Send invoices and assist with payment follow ups
Data entry into our system
Organize physical and digital files
Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Organized and detail-oriented
Computer skills (emails, documents, data entry)
Able to work independently and follow processes
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Construction or service-industry experience is a plus
Schedule & Growth
Starts part-time: 9:00AM - 1:00 PM
