Job Title: Warehouse/Production OperatorLocation: Casper, WYPay: $18/HRHours: Monday–Thursday 6:30AM-5PM Friday 6:30AM-3PM Rotating Saturdays Required - Overtime RequiredAdecco is assisting a local client in the search for a Warehouse/Production Operator for a full-time, day-shift position. This role supports manufacturing and warehouse operations through hands-on production work, equipment operation, quality inspection, and packaging of finished goods. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Job Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent quality and efficiencyPerform surface preparation and finishing processes using automated machineryConduct quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks to verify specificationsPackage, label, and stage finished products according to work ordersTrack production output and materials using logs and computer-based systemsPerform basic equipment adjustments and report maintenance needsFollow all safety, security, and operational procedures within the warehouse and production areasQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read measurements and use basic inspection toolsComfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbsBasic computer skills for documentation and trackingWork Environment:Indoor, climate-controlled warehouse and production settingRequired use of personal protective equipmentPay Details: $18.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
