We are seeking a Residential Maintenance Foreman for our Clackamas location.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesLeading a crew of 1 -2 crew members in mowing, blowing, weeding, and general cleanup of residential properties.Plantings, trimming, and other small landscape projectsOperate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.Qualifications3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance.At least 1 year of crew leader experienceAbility to take directions and receive feedback from supervisorValid driver's licenseBilingual in English & SpanishPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbs.Able to walk through maintenance accounts, through all types of terrain.Ability to bend, stoop, kneel & digAble to drive company assigned vehicle and trailer.Candidate must be 18 years or older.The Perks401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance FSA/HSA PerkSpot Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time Off Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service) Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
