Fullstack Developer with AI

Full stack Java with AI experience (Java + AI) Locations: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/2 WFH)Duration: 12 Months ContractW2 Candidate with 12-month Validity Required Qualifications:7+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education7+ years of experience in software development5+ years of Python, Java, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologies3+ years of Hands?on experience designing and deploying LLM?based applications3+ years of data engineering3+ years of AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing and computer vision2+ years of Experience with SDLC and Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence etc. Desired Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence or a related fieldStrong experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) for building production?grade AI agentsKnowledge of Chatbots, Copilot, GPT-4 is preferredAdvanced Prompt Engineering techniques (instruction design, few?shot, structured outputs)Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) design and implementation (vector stores, embeddings, chunking strategies)Experience monitoring model behavior, drift, accuracy, and reliability in production systemContext management, memory handling, and guardrails for safe enterprise usageExperience with other programming languages such as JavaScript and ReactCertification in AI, machine learning or a related fieldExcellent problem-solving skills come up with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesStrong collaboration and communication skills come with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
