Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with proven attention-to-detail and takes pride in their quality and workmanship.*Position will require 50% travel throughout New England.Responsibilities:The foreman oversees and coordinates construction projects related to Cell Tower/Telecom New Site Builds & Rawland Construction with expertise in Tower Foundations, forms & rebar, retaining walls, clearing and grading. The Foreman will also have past experience with setting generators, general trenching, concrete installs & decoms, Electric Vehicle Charging stations and general landscaping. The Foreman will ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.DutiSupervising and coordinating the daily activities of civil laborersAssigning tasks and ensuring work is completed according to the project timeline.Monitoring work quality to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.Perform hands-on civil construction on EV, cellular & General construction sites. Responsible for all stages of civil construction of Electric Vehicle Charging stations, Cell tower/Telecom raw lands & existing, Generators, General Trenching, Concrete installs & decoms along with general landscaping.Ability to successfully layout a site & complete all aspects of the civil installation, including trenching & concrete scopes.Ability to tie and place rebar cages per specifications & install equipment.
