Hospitalist opportunity in Washington StateAverage census/Level of care:Current ADC is around five patients.Census has been around 8-10 for the past few monthsThroughput from the ED is around 3%Consistently, national average is 12%Based on numbers we anticipate the ADC to grow to 10-15 patients consistentlyEstablishing/maintaining a good relationship with the ED will be critical to growing this census7 bed ICU, fully functional with vents and drips.Sub-Specialty Support:General Surgery coverage on call 17 days a month.Currently:One surgeon Operates 4 days a week on average.Cardiology coverage with a group out of Yakima.Currently working on Ortho coverageWill be doing onsite echo reads and rounding in hospitalVent managementIntubation (emergent)Central Lines / Art LinesLodging:Call room on siteMeals providedAt Locums Unlimited, we make locums easy with:Personalized Communication: Single points of contact, 24/7 recruiter access, agility with approval and decision makingOnline time keeping and expense reimbursement: No faxing, handwriting or scanning time cards.
